Wasn't expecting that in the first 5 minutes lol. We got to see the new opening and ending for the series which are both good, as well as the official title of the series which is Higurashi Gou. Definitely feeling more like a sequel rather than a remake with that title.

Loved the game of zombie tag in the episode, and Rena finally got to take home Kenta-kun with her.
 
Episode 2 had me even more gripped and hooked on the series by the end of the episode! I knew right there and then that I was gonna stick with it right through to the end with excitedly bated breath! ^^
