Just dropping everyone a line to introduce myself.... I'm a bit of an old school anime fan, having first got into UK fandom about 12 years ago.... gosh that makes me feel old! I set up and edited the UK's first fanzine written and produced entirely by girls, Anime Babes, and I was also a bit of a masquerader in my day. So hello to any of the old school crew who may be on here, and hi to all the new fans too ;)

I got ticked off for not posting in here first, as I posted in the gaming forum about the new online game Moshi Monsters, has anyone else played it? I'm a little bit obsessed at the moment ;) Well, until Hello Kitty online launches of course......!

I was never a masquerader but am otherwise of a similar vintage, though in keeping with my shy, geeky personality never really socialised and snuck around cons quietly looking for new trinkets :)

In terms of online gaming I only do WoW and PS3 games nowadays, played FFXI for too long and before that MUDs/NexusTK. I don't use Windows at all these days so probably can't keep up with any online game conversations other than that.

Welcome to the site, sorry for assuming you were a bot with the gaming post but glad to see another anime fan joining the site.

I am not as old school only 8 years under my belt but I do love to cosplay and one day hope to put together something for the Minami Con Maskerade.
 
I wasnt ticking you off or anything, its just we get spammers on here advertising stuff alot :p
