I’ve forgotten this anime films name. It’s about two brothers separated at birth and trained by different masters end up fighting at the end. Theres a demon sword that sucks its users blood and it ends up breaking and blinding one of them. And It had a street fighter type animation and the brothers had complementary tats. One of them used to get tortured by their master. If you know the name it would be great if you could let me know.
