Help on Smash Bros Please!!

Hey all. Was just wondering, I appear to be on the last level of Subspace (The Great Maze) and im wasting hours of my life here just wandering in circles wanting to throw my wiimote at the TV. Anyone got reccomendations/help??

Rant time:
Im sorry but, what the **** where they thinking when they made this? Sure the cut scene's look swag but, the story line is so horrible, and boring that I have been bored watching them!! Smash Bros Brawl has some REALLY great parts to it, and I love the new bits, (eg. Items, Assist Trophies, Final Smash, Events, Co-op modes.) but, this is just stupid now. I mean, a horrible story, and then this last level is ridiculous. YES you can get all the characters via Brawl-ing but, what if I want the boss mode? Subspace needs to be done. The music? Subspace needs to be done, AND more so, it takes FOREVER to do 450 brawls just to get the chars. (Yes, ive seen the thin on youtube with the flower head and stamina, but thats just not my way of doing things.)

This game was so brilliant, and has been let down by this horrible, horrible single player mode. :(

wouldn't be the first time a game has been let down by its single player mode, and i bet it won't be the last either. Just one of those things you are going to have to live with, besides there is probably people out there who loved the subspace emisary mode

Cooooome ooooooon dont dis the game when i dont even have it yet! MAKES ME WANNA CRY!

But seriously, Super Smash never was strong on single player, its the whole 'im gonna use mario to pwn some other random character' that keeps me liking it :p

SSBM had a **** story, but it's still one of all time favourites. Games like this thrive because of their awesome multiplayer, and Brawl has online play, so the battles are endless (unlike bringing the same old friends round one afternoon to beat them like you always do).

**** storyline you say...? What do you expect when it was written by the guy who done FF:VII's storyline!

Masahiro Sakurai was like... the director of the game, what do you expect? He made it like a Kirby game, so this is what we get.

There's nothing wrong with the single player. If you're going to cry and rant every time you get stuck on a game, you may as well just stick to Nintendogs.

It's a FIGHTING GAME anyway...what kinda "story mode" are people expecting...?

Pause the game. This brings a map up.

On the map, there are dots. Some of them have lines connecting them.

Some don't. They've got monster pictures.

Keep checking the map. Go to the unconnected dots. A battle will start. Win. Do this on all the unconnected dots.

He mentions nothing of the difficultly nor that he is stuck.

His main complaint is that its boring. Though for the amount of time they spent producing the game, what really did they add since Melee? (That can be said for a lot of sequels but I'm talking about Brawl here).

Yeh. I have no 'pictures', and it is, my main complaint is just how, the story had been hyped up (or at least, around my friends around here) as looking to be great. But, I mean if they have the rights to all these games etc. why not put cool monsters to fight in? Instead of, some balls, ghost like things and chickens that grow?? R.O.B was the best thing to beat up, and he ends up being playable
