Hayao Miyazaki's next movie revealed?

Rumor has it that Hayao Miyazaki's next (and possibly last) movie will be an adaptation of the Chinese children's book "I Lost My Little Boy" - an original story about a boy dying of heart disease apparently based within the fictional world of Miyazaki's older movie My Neighbour Totoro.

It's the first I've heard of it... Maybe you should have told me about it months before?

Either way this sounds like a very Ghibli-esque story and I'm already looking forward to it. Then again, its Miyazaki, everything he directs is worth watching.

I'm interested in seeing it but I don't believe for a minute that he's planned it as his last movie, any more than the other three most recent ones he's directed! That man will continue to make films as long as he draws breath and I'm grateful for it.
