Words alone are inadequate to describe the majesty of Gurren Lagann. These images are from episode 20. Every episode looks as good as this too. It is GAINAX back on form ala Gunbuster and Evangelion. Truly epic adventure!
 
I've tried to find a decent sub. But its flying around everywhere.

I can't wait to get a hold of the DVD's now. Heres for a good ADV sub
 
I watched 4 episodes and I have to be honest... it is pretty awesome, albeit it's nothing to take seriously, but very fun. Btw: Viral FTW.
 
i should really catch up with this, i've not seen any of it since it became licensed but i think i'm just going to have to continue with it.

I 110% agree with you Paul, Gurren-Lagann is just simply awsome.
 
I was really enjoying the series til 23 and 24 where my hopes of GARlock Simon were ruined. It's still a great show, but they're going to ruin the ending at this rate.

No way will they ruin it, I do agree that some of the clothes they wear are rather queer and Simon and Viral's are leading the way
But Tengen Toppa has suprised me at various points in the story, ok some parts you could expect but isn't that with 99% of anime. I think the ending will be a good one, but not one that'll be remembered as great.

I'm up to episode 14 of this now and I must say I'm really, really enjoying it! I hope ADV don't take too long with the DVDs - Gurren Lagann dubbed and on my TV in better quality could be fantastic!
 
I don't think anyone can doubt Gurren Lagann by now. Even at episode 24, it continues to up the ante. At this rate it's going to be my favourite anime of all time.
 
Just watched 27 (Final Episode) and the entire series was epic start till end, defintity going to be a DVD purchase for me. Great series
 
I might have to give this series another chance as I only managed ep 1 before getting bored but after hearing all the positive reviews I really wanna see more
 
can someone please help me out, i also finnished the whole series.
but not to long ago i saw this amv claiming to be the 'tengen toppa gurren lagann movie trailer' so i looked everywhere for this 'tengen toppa gurren lagann movie' and found nuthin but in the trailer there were parts i had never seen in the anime, sooo is there really a movie to it or more to the series or what?
