Very much a better way of doing it than going into a year of filler, though, this needs to become standard for long shows.
 
More Gintama is much appreciated. Specially since i only have about 36 episodes left to work through now.

I kinda wish Bleach, Naruto and to a little lesser extent, One Piece did this. It means you get less crap and more of the good stuff. Naruto could have done with that treatment ages ago, and bleach is in dire need of it.
 
I would be a lot less pissed off at Bleach if they had just taken seasonal breaks as they caught up to the manga, rather than building up to a fight and then side-swiping the audience to pointless filler just as the arcs were building up.

What I have seen of the latest season though has been very good. I do need to catch-up on about the last half a dozen episodes though I think. I like to watch in 720p, and my CR account ended. Need to get around to creating another paypal account to get another free trial XD

What? You have been watching the same show I have right?, I mean this weeks episode and last weeks episode were filler to promote the movie but this season of bleach has been the best since season 3 ( the SS arc).
Its covered a lot of plot of the arc in a faster pace than the manga went and smother too, though there have been a few rough patches.

My main issue is, even when it isn't filler, they move at a freaking glacial pace. I don't need or want to see 15 minutes of establishing shots. The SJ's could produce about 30 well-paced, well-directed and generally exciting episodes of anime a year, instead of the what? 48? we get, ugh.
