Geneon Entertainment's weekly mailer spreadsheet has indirectly announced a North American DVD release date of August 28th for the first volume of 'The Story Of Saiunkoku' (Saiunkoku Monogatari)

As of yet there is no word on a UK release date.

Good news for some, bad news for others. I'll probably have to wait over 2 years to see the 2nd season now since all the fansubbers have stopped guessing the 2nd season is licensed aswell :(
