Generally I will go for characters over outfits personally, especially if I need more team options.

I managed another 11/12 stars in the new AS this cycle, just about anyway.
1st side was easy enough just took Acheron / Aventurine / Black Swan / Kafka
2nd side was more interesting because I don't really have a break team, and this one was screaming break team meta. So I took my poorly invested Sunday who I am still building, and used him as a Lingsha slave. I turned Lingsha into my main damage dealer and sustain.
Team comp was Lingsha / Sunday / Harmony MC / Herta. Worked pretty well in the end thanks to Sunday boosting Lingsha damage and turns, and then just spamming the AOE abilities with her + Herta as much as I could.
I'm going to spend this week getting some additional traces for my core characters as I don't think I have anyone maxed yet, then next week I will build out Sunday gear if I can by farming some for it. I'll park HMC for now as we'll get RMC soon and HMC will probably be forgotten like the previous two trees at that point.
I enjoy slowly building power up, it's giving me nice long term goals, each new character I get requires quite a bit of thought and investment in resource collection.
If I get Sunday ready in time I may look at building Himeko some as I want to use her on fire weak content sometimes, but she's miles off being ready.
