Funimation confirm licenses

According to a post on the AnimeOnDVD forums, in the Febuary issue of the US anime magazine "Anime Insider" Funimation have confirmed the licenses for Tsubasa Chronicle and the Tsubasa / XXXHolic movies. It was previously speculated Funimation had the Tsubasa license after they requested certain fansubs group remove it from their sites.

Yes they do, volume 1 already has a release date.

Well, this is excellent news, i just wish MVM liscence it soon, with an artbox, any i hope ADV don't get their grubby little hands on it

I'd be praying for Beez, rather than MVM. MVM seem to get the Funi shows though.

FUNi have gotten quite greedy on licensing recently. Ah well, as long as the UK gets it, I'm all for them licensing. XD
