I was looking for the third volume on the internet and found it on ebay but why is it not listed on amazon

What are you referring to, the ADV anime?

If so it is probably not available from amazon themselves or any of the traders that deal on there.

ADV went out of business. If anyone has stock, it is likely to be really old stock from their warehouse - presumably Amazon just sold out faster than other places have.

Looong OOP. The page might still exist it if you knew the ASIN, but it might have been removed from the search.
They had a "this is definitely the last of it" sale of ADV stuff at a con not long again IIRC.
