Earlier this year, Total Anime went to the Square Enix party in Chiba to get the lowdown on all the new games the company has lined up for the near future. We were also surprised to find an anime viewing area and a whole booth that sold anime-related merchandise. There was a good reason for it, though – Square Enix has a manga publishing arm, so it had some lovely Fullmetal Alchemist, Pani Poni Dash! and When They Cry – Higurashi collectables on sale. And we snapped up some of these gorgeous goodies to give away!
Three winners will each receive a set of commemorative Square Enix Party 2007 stamps bearing artwork from the company’s recent series, a set of postcards, and a coaster (we’ve got three different designs but only one of each, so winners will be given a coaster at random). One lucky winner will also get a great piece of Fullmetal Alchemist artwork from Square Enix’s Gangan art collection! It features Ed and Al, with manga panels of the series’ other characters in the background. We’d be quite happy putting it on display in our office, but we think it’s better to let one lucky reader have it instead!
