The first DVD/Blu Ray volume of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood from Manga UK will be out in 2 week time. It will have an RRP of £24.99 (An online price of around £14.99) for the DVD version and RRP of £34.99 (An online price of around £24.99) for Blu-Ray edition. Both sets will contain 13 episodes.

It's not licensed off FUNi, but off Aniplex (Manga mentioned it at MCM Expo).
So FUNi don't have any UK rights, even tho' it's their dub on the UK release.
