Hey guys, I recently watched all six episodes of FLCL since it’s been on my must-watch list for a long time, I always hear someone mention it every now and then. So I watched the entire thing back to back and I must say, it’s like Azumanga Daioh but on insane drugs. I really enjoyed it although at times it was hard to understand what was going on especially because there are many scenes where characters speak really fast and even I can’t keep up with the subtitles.
But I think the best factor of the series which has really won me over was the music. Most of the stuff is created by a band called The Pillows and I’ve obtained all three volumes of the OST which has a ton of excellent tracks, and this is coming from someone who isn’t actually a rock fan. I hope this series gets a UK release because I would be more than happy to support the creators. I just hope they don’t release two episodes per volume like they’ve done with the US versions.
