Expo ticket error

Nope, the only email I got from them recently was about their forum competition winners... Have you tried querying them, or reading any of their announcements on their website?
Well what the email said was:
Dear London MCM Expo Customer
We are contacting you personally as a very small number of incorrect day
tickets have been sent out.
As one of this small number of people we would appreciate it that as
soon as you receive your London MCM Expo letter which includes your
ticket/s that you send them back to us so that we can send you the
correct day.
Please just cross out your address on the front of the envelope, turn it
over and you will see that we have stamped the back with our address,
just add a stamp to this side and send it back to us.
We are more than happy to send back a stamp to you to cover the cost.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us, we are
sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
