People of the AUKN Expo room party, we have a choice! I'm pretty sure what you'd prefer, but it would be rude of me not to as you all first, so here goes.
We have two rooms booked, at a cost of £216 in total.
We have five people rooming both nights.
We have enough beds for four people.
If we keep the second room, the cost each will be £43.20, but will be £21.60 each if we only use one room.
If we only use one room, one person will need to sleep on the floor.
I propose we call it £22 per person bedding, & whoever volunteers to take the floor only has to pay £20.
I will cancel the second room as soon as I know who is flooring.
