Evageeks.org not good enough?
I (like many others) remember squandering many an hour writing numerous 500-word Eva-related posts elsewhere. Truth be told, I can't remember it doing me any good: The mood that would be generated between myself and my equally long-winded detractors at the time would often be a frustrated one.
 
I really think that in the future everyone who says they didn't understand the series should be referred to this page. It really does explain everything.
 
Did anyone ever stop to question if Eva ever had any philosophy to it whatsoever. The more i think back on the subject, the more i get the awful feeling that it was made up as they went along and just occasionally quoted the names of biblical angels and mixed in with kids going angsty.

I didn't think so.

It could be true, but I doubt the creators would ever say so ;)
