Evangelion Rebuild 2.0: Breaking Up - FIRST LOOK

Yes, the quality is pretty terrible. It looks like it moves in frames, but it was actually fluidly animated. Can't wait for the second movie, but right now I want the first one to come out!

The glasses, they hide Mana's true identity!?

You still think it's Mana? Bless ;]

Anyone know if there gonna do a manga series on this?

I would very much doubt it, Yoshiyuki Sadamoto hasn't even finished the manga that was started in 1995.

There is a new Evangelion spin-off manga that's started serialization in Monthly Asuka a few weeks ago.

Wow, can't wait.
Still searching like mad for a torrent to 1.0 but no luck :(

Screw that. If I dont see these films in the cinema I'm going to feel cheated for a long long time. I can rewatch the dvds for the story any time I want. The rebuilds are all about the quality and the presentation.

Seriously, what would it take for these to get a proper release over here? Limited release? Would Cineworld take a chance on it? Because that would be perfect. Still the best cinema in Dublin by a long shot

If i remember right, they said that the new character was to be someone who has never been offically animated before, hence why a lot of people thought it was mana, so i guess if they weren't in the series or movies then they're right for the plucking.

The indie government funded cinema chains might show it like Showroom etc to be honest i think they probably will in due time :D
but i think its near to definite not going to be shown in the likes of cineworld or any major cinema chains :(.
But we can always hope.
I'm fed up of waiting already.
I know its all about quality and presentation here but i just can't wait, i'll watch a fansub when it becomes available and then get the dvd's when they come out like this time next year+
