Completely Average High School Student
Does anybody here play it and if so, what is it like? It's all well and good to look at gameplay videos but thats like a 10 minute thing. I want to know what its like from the words of those who have played it before I consider getting it. Also is it free to play?
 
I heard that this was being made, but wasn't aware it even made it to release, so I've no idea to be honest, though I am interested in the answer as well.

Ok i've been follow the progress of this MMO lately and you can play it via the korean servers. There is even an unofficial english patch for the game but, theres curtain measures you have to do to actually sign up and play.
Firstly you need to have a korean phone number, secondly proof of ID that you live in korea, This is all due to the fact that koreans arnt anonymous on the internet.

Now you can go that hard route or, wait till next year. Rumors on the DBO forums say that the company behind the USA / Euro release are waiting to see how well it does in japan and korea first before they launch it abroad, suggestions point at a possible 2011 release.
