As reported previously here, a poster showing Goku and his new enemies can be seen on the official website for the film. A 30-second teaser can also be seen there and all the rest of the information on the film has been labeled "Coming soon".
Masahiro Hosoda, a man who has worked on a variety of shows and movie from Fist of the North Star, Yu-Gi-Oh!, and Dragon Ball Z. It will have a script written by Yusuke Watanabe with heavy involvement from Akira Toriyama, who fitted the story of this film into the canon original manga story.
