What I used to do was use the direct US-equivalent and add an "R2 UK" note, or add manually otherwise.Now I have access I have started adding UK releases properly, however it is a big job - you can't automatically pull from retailers like you can for US releases, I have to add everything manually (price, date, EAN, picture etc.) - hence why I've started building a spreadsheet to track release data.
