Death Note really didnt cut it for me aswell, not sure what the big hype was about. Yes it had an OK story but it wasnt like the god of all anime, Guess it just wasnt in my genres of liking.

Haven't seen the anime yet, keep forgetting to pick up volume 1 so at least my laziness makes the wait between volumes seem shorter!
