Earlier this year, MVM Entertainment released Aniplex and ufotable's anime adaptation of <em>Fate/Zero</em>, Gen Urobuchi's (<em>Puella Magi Madoka Magica</em>, <em>Psycho-Pass</em>) light novel prequel series for Type-Moon's <em>Fate/stay night</em> visual novel, on DVD and blu-ray.
While the original light novels have yet to be licensed for an English release, at Kumoricon, the publisher Dark Horse Comics announced that they have licensed Shinjirō's ongoing manga for release.
The story of <em>Fate/Zero</em> centres on the Fourth Holy Grail War, a battle royale where heroes from throughout history are brought back to fight alongside mages for the right to have a wish each granted by the mythical object.
Viz Media are currently releasing the <em>Fate/stay night</em> manga adaptation on their digital stores.
