Apparently Croatia hadn't lost at home for 14 years? Oh well! :)
 
It was on Setanta, which is another subscription channel on top of Sky or Freeview. I was streaming it over the net (illegally, bad boy) but the picture quality was terrible. Apparently they are showing highlights for free (on Setanta Sports) at 23:30 this evening, which I'll definitely be checking out.

Anyway, I just want to savour this moment. Everything concerning the England football team has been terrible for the last few years, so it's great to suddenly see a performance like this, really rouses my spirit! :)

I miss having a TV connection sometimes. :(

I'm not a sports fan normally, but it's always good to see our home side doing well on occasion. Re: the Olympics.
 
****, there goes our 1 good performance of 2008-2009. :'(

I didn't watch it because a) I was asleep and b) it was on Setanta. I did watch the goals an hour or so ago and was impressed with Rooney for getting 3 assists (I think anyway) and finally scoring again. Also, Walcott's finishing was excellent.
