CDWOW now selling Japanese Anime DVD releases

At CD WOW its common to find Australian region 4 anime DVDs, but now it seems you can pick up Japanese anime region 2 DVDs straight from japan. Before anyone celebrates there a few problems:

1.) They cost quite a bit: anyone fancy Azumanga Daioh boxset for £254.99 :eek:, probably 10 times you would pay for English release.

2.) Proablbly no English subtitles

3.) CD WOW where once custom free and proudly announced all over their previous sites. The new site has removed all references to custom free, so you still could be hit badly by custom. Best to ask before hand if interesting buying anything over 18 pounds.

Jeez, that's so overpriced that it's barely worth mentioning. When I go for import CDs I usually go to yes-asia like others have mentioned or playasia. Both are generally at least cheaper than that.

Its another option to use if you can't get the item you want off another sites or if other sites closed down for whatever reason. The prices may go down plus vouchers are quite common to cd wow.
