We all know how terrible the dub was cut to peices and all but i've been thinking about getting this series for the past year

now UP1 has all 18 vols for sale in a special bundle for only £62

why? cause apparently it's about to go out of print, so the question is, would anyone reconmend the series or should i save my cash?
 
Thats a good price for the series, wish I could recommend it but I've only ever seen the version that was dubbed and cut and shown on tv
 
Wow, that is a really, really good deal. I'm the same as you, i've only ever watched the dubbed version (though i actually liked it), i've been meaning to get the unedited series for ages now...and now its going out of print. I wonder if i can scrape together £62, i will be getting it if i can
 
I think i'll pass. I admit to enjoying it somewhat(it's another one of those shows that are good to watch in the background) but that would be just too much pink on my shelf.
 
I remember seeing this on nick tv years ago, not really my kind of program but I didn't know it was cut, just what was cut out the program?
