Can't think of that anime name

Im trying to find the name of these 2 animes , one of them is where this women shows up and this man's flat saying they are going to get married , she has short purple hair i think , he was going to be head of he's family but chose not to, he chase after her when she gets lost at a train station , he goes yo meet her they get the train back and he gets ill she takes care of him and thats when she notices that he has loads of marks on he's back


The other one has a women with cat ears she has black and red hair and I think yellow eyes

I think the first one might be Ai Yori Aoshi? :)

Thankyou! Strangely I haven't actually seen the series, though I would like to, but I read a quite detailed summary/review of the first episode years and years ago when I was still just starting out in anime fandom, I used to do that to try and avoid things with more disturbing content than I could handle, so the series' art and the first episode synopsis on the DVD covers and from some screenshots is still quite fresh in my mind :)

Knowing the series myself, what the OP has stated doesn't match unless they've mixed things up as she doesn't just turn up at his apartment since she has the address written incorrectly as the initial encounter happens at a train station as what they described happened much further into the first episode.

Ah ok, thankyou for the info, I did wonder how likely I was to actually be right as it was a semi-educated guess! :)
