Canada gets The Second Barrage on TV

According to ANN, Canada are getting Black Lagoon: The Second Barrage on TV on fridays, which to me is surprising to me, but mind you i'm not entirely sure on how the whole industry works overall so it would do that to me.
I guess its handy that the series is going to get a release over here so we should be able to see the second barrage at some point.

OLD NEWS! Hah. Yeah, I was surprised at this as well.. Isn't it only Geneon's Distrubtion section that has gone, I figure that they must've had the dub pretty much complete. This might mean it has higher chances of it airing over on our AC.. That would be fantastic. I haven't heard the dub of it yet, Everyone seems to give it eternal praise though. I would like to see how they handle the "Engrish" part as well. It could be done well.. Or it could just be done extremely awful.

I'm surprised that its their only remaining Anime Block, G4 is like America's GeekStation - I don't think its a free station though, Its like cable or something. I can't remember exactly.

Indeed, though it would have been nice to have been able to get the rest of the release through Geneon for me, i would have liked to get the rest of the special editions they where going to release =/

Very much would have liked Geneon to get this out in the same kind of box as the first series special. I was so getting into the series, as I don't download or watch fansubs I did not think I would get the chance to see it. I am getting with drawl symptoms, I want the second series now!!!
 
It's been dubbed/subtitled/completed. It's just it's not got anyone to release it at the moment, so there's no reason why it couldn't be on TV. Likewise for the other Geneon titles that were half way through being released.
 
Partcially related to Black Lagoon but mostly related to VIZ Media. I can't believe I didn't notice this yesterday (Click Here) VIZ are releasing some FANTASTIC manga titles this year, Bo^7.. Finally! In all its full volume glory along with previously mentioned Black Lagoon finally getting a release. I'm really excited by them two releases mainly! I know a lot of us have been eager to get our hands on the Black Lagoon manga. But I'm still hella excited for Bo^7, That standalone volume didn't do enough. We've still got quite a few months till them releases though, =/. Just yay that they are finally coming out.

I'll also be checking out that highly acclaimed Slam Dunk - It might be mildly interesting.
