i got it off ebay it didnt come with a box i know its not real but its what they asked for now i just need to find out how to upload the pics

here is a picture of a official one, and you can compare the quality of the figures to show that its fake

i showed them that as well there just being stubborn but could you say without a doubt its a fake figure

Get ebay involved then. File a dispute

Are you going through the counterfeit item process (eBay UK - eBay Safety Centre: Counterfeit items) or just speaking with the seller directly?
If it's the latter, I'd recommend contacting eBay. I had a similar issue recently with a fake DVD and eBay sorted it out.

i did i am now talking with paypal and even with the pictures they want someone to confirm that its not real
