i need an "ethernet connector" driver for an hp compaq nc8430 laptop

ive looked on the hp site and cant find anything called an ethernet connector.

i recently disk sanatized my laptop and reinstalled xp prof but im missing afew drivers... can any1 help?
 
Looking at the HP UK site I'd grab the driver called "Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet - PCI Express" (after searching Support for your machine and XP Pro). But really Windows should be able to figure it out with a basic install!
