Broken Saints is an internet flash comic that was later dubbed/reworked and released on DVD. I have the first R0 release but they're all NTSC (my living room player doesn't like NTSC and my bed room tv doesn't like it either :lol: ).
Broken Saints Official Site doesn't seem to have any info about the R2 release. Night Watch the biggest grossing Russian film's dvd has the trailer and chapters 3&4 of BS so I'm guessing it's being released by the same company. My blog has a short bit about the 1st 3 chapters from when I could be bothered to use it :lol: .
I hope this post was useful and that you all try and get the dvds or download the ipod versions of the 1st 12 chapters (1st 3 are free
