ive seen wolf's rain and i knows its good be great to have the dvds in my hands tho :)

I'm guessing that "Planets" is just a spelling error of "Planetes," which is the Greek word for "wanderers". It's odd that Pinnacle has the error, while Play has the correct title.

Other than that, it's a pretty strong lineup. Looking forward to these.

They probably thought it was a typo and 'fixed' it, and either way the greek is ΠΛΑΝΗΤΕΣ not Planetes they just used the extra e because it looked more like the greek

I'm really excited about PlanetES and Wolf's Rain. I hold both up as big personal favourites and possible anime classics (only time will tell). Wolf's Rain is especially welcome; such a pretty series, with such a fine soundtrack (from Yoko Kanno no less) and the story is tragic and compelling. I can't wait!

Good to see some definite dates for Planetes and Wolf's Rain (even though I've already started collecting the latter, the extras that came with the R1 artbox were too good to pass up)- I was beginning to fear they might go the way of Midori Days and be delayed.

i've been waiting months to hear when Wolf's Rain gets released. it looks like a late contender for one of 2005's highlights.

Glad to see Planetes finally dated, being a recent Goro Taniguchi convert this comes as great news, I also need to invest in Scryed when I have the necessary monies as well as SEED (I can't get enough of Hirai's striking design work). Likewise the Wolf's Rain announcement is great news but I've got my eye on Bandai's recently announced complete collection so I'll have to forego the UK release this time.
