I watched this yesterday and thought it was awesome and checked it on a couple of sites and found out that Manga UK did not include the Japanese Trailer or Clean Opening and Closing on the dvd.

Why did the US version get it and not the UK?

If it was authored by Madman (a lot of Manga DVDs are but I would have to check) then you would have to ask them.
