Are the fixed Panty And Stocking DVDs still screwed up?

I heard that the fixed versions of Manga UK's Panty And Stocking DVDs are still screwed up. IIRC someone on Twitter said the extras were missing footage on the fixed DVDs. Is this true?...also how in the hell can you tell a fixed copy of P&S from the non-fixed version
 
Well I just put an order in from UP1 where they have it flagged as a re-release, though im still a few episodes from the end. As I recall it was the last 3 episodes that had missing footage at the end? what else was affected so I can double check my copy.
 
From what I heard is that for some reason Play.com still had some of that defective stock and they were shipping them out by accident instead of the working copies.

Everyone I know who has bought from other sources (HMV & the like) are saying that there copies are definitley the fixed version.


I'm still waiting on Amazon to get stock in, there taking there time as per usual with all their processes and stuff that they tend to do probably.
