April Premiere Confirmed For Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 4

Yuuki Ono will be leading the cast of the highly anticipated <strong>Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable </strong>as Jōsuke Higashikata when the series premieres in <strong>April 2016</strong>, according to a retracted announcement on the website for Kadokawa's Dengeki G's Magazine. The first trailer for the season is set to premiere at this year's JUMP Festa event on 19-20 December.

A number of alumni from David Production's previous adaptations of Hirohiko Araki's manga are scheduled to return for this new chapter, including director Naokatsu Tsuda, character designer Terumi Nishii and art director Shunichiro Yoshihara. Daisuke Ono (<em>Durarara!!</em>'s Shizou Heiwajima) will be reprising his role as Jōtarō Kūjō, with the rest of the currently confirmed cast being as follows: Yuuki Kaji (<em>Attack On Titan</em>'s Eren Jaeger) as Kōichi Hirose, Wataru Takagi (<em>Detective Conan</em>'s Genta Kojima) as Okuyasu Nijimura, Takahiro Sakurai (<em>Bleach</em>'s Izuru Kira) as Rohan Kishibe.

The first television anime adaptation of <strong>Jojo's Bizarre Adventure</strong> was broadcast in Japan between October 2011-April 2012, covering the events of the original manga's first two "Parts", before <strong>Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders </strong>adapted the third between April 2014 and June 2015. The first series was recently released on DVD in the United KIngdom by Warner Bros.&nbsp;
