Apollo's Song Review

Picked this up for some airport reading; it's a strange, but largely fascinating. The main character is one from a tradition of juvenile delinquents that would be depicted in Japanese culture in the 60s in the Japanese New Wave and the punishment inflicted upon him is essentially a blend of Greek myths, particularly the Myth of Sisyphus. Tezuka's art is stunning. It's a shame that this is still mirrored - which I gather was a decision made when it was originally translated back in 2007.
