Anyone interested in a Scotland meet up?

The meet up in London is too far for some people (especially people from Scotland) so I thought maybe there could be a meet up in Scotland! ^_^

Just a couple of hours up the East Coast mainline or the A1 motorway to Edinburgh - if it's near then I'm in. Finances permitting.

Roughly when would it be?

I'm interested, but there would have to be accomodation involved; Scotland is a lovely place, but too far for a mere day trip.

It would probaly be in March or April!

Thats a bad time for me I'm afraid. In March I'm going to Minamicon 12 in Southampton, & May will be the next London Expo. On the other hand, you'll have a monopoly on those who cannot reach southern events.

What about April? I've got exams in Febuary and in May I'm also going to the expo ^_^

It would probably actually be early March as people will be going away for Easter.

Man, I'd love to go, but I'm way at the top of the Highlands of Scotland, my parents would never let me go. ;__;

Maybe you can tempt them to come down for a weekend holiday, lol ^_^ or maybe the meet up could be in the Easter holidays! That way people who aren't going away can come to Edinburgh for their holidays Whoever is interested in this meet up, would you prefer to have it in the Easter holidays or before the holidays?
