Anyone have any experience ordering from Madman Ent.?

This is technically non-anime related as I want to order their Beast Wars box set, but I'm hoping someone has ordered from them direct.

I basically want to know if there was any customs/ how long did they take etc.
 
I once obtained The Wings of Honneamise from Madman. I don't recall the item being stung by Customs, though I cannot guarantee that their packages are immune.

(Siren, their competitor, provided a wonderful service when I acquired Genius Party from them. Instead of just the film I requested, they shipped the double pack containing the film and its sequel, along with a glossy promotional magazine. Not a penny went to the taxman.)
 
I bought Macross from them a year or so ago. It was well over the customs limit and correctly declared but I got lucky and wasn't charged at all. Delivery was faster than I expected.

Good to know about Siren, Zin5ki, as I want something from them when I get around to it too :)

*rubs hands* goooood...goooood.... =P

Hopefully I might not have to buy from them anyways as there's a cheaper deal from another shop but I've been burned so many times with stores listing rare-ish products as in stock and then bull****ing about "oh it was faulty and got recalled" or "it turns out we put "in stock" just for giggles" I figure Madman is the last great hope. Thanks for the help lads and ladies =D
