I've been watching anime for many years now. My first anime series was the pretty awful Star Ocean EX, which I started watching out of love for the PS1 RPG it's loosely based on; Star Ocean 2. Not put off by SO:EX basically butchering one of my favourite games, I decided to try .hack//SIGN next, this time finding myself very impressed by the quality...I haven't looked back since.

I try to watch at least 3 series weekly, my current series being Claymore, Darker than Black and Romeo x Juliet. Death Note ending, Naruto going crap and Bleach going crap/re-entering filler hell has made me lose some of my interest recently, something that hasn't been helped by my eyes starting to have problems with subtitles.

I was happy, 10 years ago, when I thought the world was a wonderful place. As hard as it's been to do, I've moved on... Don't you think you need to do the same?

Btw, please don't be so offended by the thread title, my anime nerd comment wasn't serious business. I'm sure you use your Naruto headband only on special occasions.

Actually, need to post a list of all the £5.99 bargains HMV are doing, the sale Ushio mentioned. Already posted links for three entire series @ £5.99 over on other forums.

I don't see how anyone would get offended by this thread title, it's pretty much true! Anime, at least on the scale everyone here watches it, is for nerds! :D

Oh and that terrible "Carry on" sex joke in your introduction was .. terrible! XD What's your real sex, anyway?
