I know quite a few people who cosplay, some put lots of effort in and get good results, some... just get the first part down . But they've all been fun guys and girls to hang out with, so I'm not sure exactly where all the negativity is coming from...Also, it seems fair enough for cosplay to be shown on Anime Central, it's part of the uk anime community after all.That said, I'd never do cosplay myself... not a fan of dressing up at the best of times, and doing something that would draw attention like that would be no fun at all.
