Hmm whats this?

Someone who didn't prep their announcement post it would seem - Established companies and events can do vague teasers, anyone else needs to be upfront and not do a details later

Yes I wager it's either self promoting their own anime news/review website or some sort of site dedicated to manga/anime rips.

Hi guys,
We promise this will be worth your time and can confirm that none of what you have guessed is what AniDesu Entertainment will be. Unfortunately, as we are bound by a variety of contracts from other companies who we are working with, we have to keep our lips sealed for the time being. We'll be posting a big reveal update as soon as our contracts allow us to do so! (Hint: This is going to be something pretty big for the UK anime industry)

I hate to be cynical but this reminds me of the East Asia Television fiasco from a year or so ago.

You have every right to be cynical, we know false promises happen mildly too frequently in this industry! However, unlike East Asia television we have already secured contracts with several major companies to ensure this actually does happen and we're not just spurting non-sense. Please just allow for a short while for us to get the green light and I'm pretty certain you'll be more than impressed with what Anidesu Entertainment will be bringing to the UK around May time.

There's one thing I'm curious about. Are you a TV channel (like East Asia TV was trying to do), a distributor (like Manga UK) or an online streaming service (like Animax UK & Crunchyroll)? :?

We'll give you one last clue before we're probably on grounds of breaking our agreements!
There is not a large enough market to dedicatedly put anime on UK television and can confirm that this is not what we are planning.
The other two suggestions are extremely plausible!

Well, I couldn't find Anidesu on the Government's Trademark search engine...

To clarify, the use of 'TM' on a brand logo does not require it to be registered with the Intellectual property office. Registering is only required to hold the infringer liable (however, we are in the process of registering regardless). I noticed that on our profile picture the 'R' symbol, which does require a trademark registration, is present (which appears to be a mistake with our graphics team and we will be fixing this ASAP).

Would seem from the post they are looking to release anime, either streaming, physical or both. Well I hope it goes well for you. Also hope your as committed to dubbed anime as well as subbed :D

I do wonder though if there is room for another physical releasing company. Streaming on the other hand, well there's always room for more.

There's plenty of room, at the end of the day content is king.
