A great excuse :3

I prefer getting my manga off Amazon. You can get some super cheap stuff there. I got my Chobits manga for less than £2.00 per volume from Amazon (well, it was from the Marketplace, but you get the idea).
 
The whsmith's where I live doesn't have manga T_T.

Although, there is a waterstones & travelling man full of manga (but most of the vols 1+2+3 are gone, so there are just mixed series, eg. vol 4,6,6,8,8,9,10,14,14,14,17,19,20).
 
The book depository is also very good as well and have very good prices. Amazon price is always good, but never great, you can always find cheaper somewhere else. amazon market place has good prices, you just have to make sure to get from good sellers. AND usually, if the seller is good, they have websites were you can get your stuff for even cheaper prices...
 
Didn't that deal finish a week ago? Did in all the ones near me anyway.

No manga of course, but I went wild with Doctor Who books.
 
Strange the Wh Smiths near me have manga (or used to when i last looked about two month ago, mostly tokyopop stuff) but i found their price higher then Forbidden Planets on most things, so yeah online is better
 
Mmhm, though it's usually on Death Note manga last I checked. The WHSmiths here does have manga... but it's annoying. For example, they'll have Volume 1 and 3 (and for some reason, volume 23 or something) of Rurouni Kenshin, but no volume 2 T_T. It's like that with most of the manga here >_<.

Sounds like my local Waterstones to be honest :lol: their order varies too much. for some strange reason they have DearS vol 5 7 times :eek: either 7 different people wanted that exact vol but never picked it up OR the store can't count past 5 :lol: WHSmiths is in much better order, Battle royal is a series i've wanted to check out for a while now, but don't really know if it'd be worth it, i mean the covers don't really jump out at me and say "HAII IM A GREAT STORY WITH LOADS OF ACTION AND YOO'L LURV MEEE" :/
 
or our local Borders

though i'll be honest, since Borders opened up here, getting manga has been like a walk in the park compaired to how it was

Take it from me: It does have a great story, it does have lots of action, and if you're a guy YOU WILL love it ;].

Well it depends on if you've seen the film or read the Manga really. The Manga >>> Movie (from what I've read so far. Though the movie is awesome...)
