Three "proper" shounen mangaka, and three "neo" shounen mangaka (maybe being a bit harsh on Gintama, but blame the fangirls)... makes sense, but I'm still surprised they didn't get Oda instead of Kishimoto, and Togashi Yoshihiro instead of... someone else. Possibly even Buronson + a partner. Oh well, it's still a pretty cool idea.

THIS IS SPAR... Screw it. I don't really see the point of this, unless its all a big scheme to get Toriyama doing something serialized again. He could work at Togashi's pace. He does so many one-shots now-a-days.

Really? Perhaps they should just fill the magazine with comics from people no-one has ever heard of, then ^^;
It's just like... you have all these other big huge stories your printing, why are you wasting space with these one-shots?

It's going to be great seeing Toriyama doing something again. I mean all his designs look very similar due to his art style, but I don't care :p It was the Dragon Ball franchise that got me interested in anime in the first place...

Because of who you're getting to write them? You know that Jump has one-shots in a whole bunch of issues throughout the year anyway, right?
