A lot of them are fairly old shows, which have never been brought over to the west or been translated in any way. Some of them have been released in the US but have not made it over here because they are a minority title even within the anime community so over here it is likely to be an even smaller market.

I'm desperate to see "Ashita no Joe", I loved Haijime no Ippo and this is supposed to be a brilliant boxing drama. Not even fansubbed though :(
