Ok- Glad we finally have this broadcasting in the UK- Just a bit cheesed they didn't include any of the InuYasha series, especially as its coming from an Agreement from Viz Media - but then again, its early days.

OK.. 3 years ago we FINALLY got the first installment of InuYasha with the first 12 eps. released on DVD by some rogue distributor... any then.. nothing... not to mention that the quality of the DVD was peepoor..(Cant swear on here :lol: ), so just wondering if there has been any chance of...

I'm a HE chaos... ROFL!. and i was infact referring to the DVD releases, as i know it hasnt ever been aired on any channel in the uk, and if it ever did, how much do u all wanna bet it would get put on summit like Jetix where they will simultaniously CUT OUT all of the action and raunchy bits...

errm.. can we keep on topic please. if ur gonna argue, go elsewhere. We are discussing why inuyasha didnt make a hit in the Uk when it managed to in all other countrys it went to...

Siriously- why did one of the greatest animes ever made get an OK in the UK then suddenly.. BOOF. its gone.. surely there has to be some reasonable answer.

How dissapointing :( The ONE oppotunity that arises for such a popular series to get a UK release... and some not-lnown company takes the rights and then just dumps it in the trash can. Its rediculous... I hope they have the rights up for sale or something in hope that another distribution...

Ok. Fabulous Films released the first 12 eps of the series InuYasha back in 07... (after like 4 other release dates announced but missed..but nevermind).. even though the quality of the DVD had faults due to the lang going out of sync.. what the hell.. we got the series released finally...

or has anime distribution and interest slowly started to decline again...? Since the loss of Anime based channels on sky... cancellations being made by distributors... and slower updates on this site..? what do u think..? I dunno :?

Alright guys, i've just been onto the Anime Central Website and i found that the channel ISNT closing, but instead its moving to the rock channel Scuzz.. which is good news.. BUT the downfall is that it will only be broadcasting two evenings a week.. on fri's and sats.... i cant be arsed to go...

The sites now up for the german version of Animax.. which proves that Sony Pictures have actually began their expansion of the package around europe... so... i guess that means we may possibly be in for a treat..?

IF they continue to show anime ofcourse..... Well... seeing as adult swim is nothing like the american version and it is owned by a completely different company (USA=Time Warner UK=Virgin TV Co.), i think we should have a short running series to start off with ie. FLCL.. i dunno.. im crap...

Its extremely difficult to get hold of such an anime like Ginga Nagareboshi Gin nowerday.. that anime was made even before i was born.. :lol: THe anime episodes are availible on youtube along with the brand new sequal.. or you just sniff around on google to try your luck.

Because sky are greedy pigs.. thats why they took off they channels from virgin media so that they could get people to buy more.. GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY.

InuYasha DVD season ONE pre-ordered from HMV.. Cost £25.00, contained 2 discs.. was extremely good, although there was a problem with disc 2 which i revealed in the post 'InuYasha Season One cover art', but all in all very proud to finally have this anime in the uk.

I've got my copy too, but theres a problem with DISC 2, its with episode 7 and 8 where the audio goes out of timeline with the picture, so its delayed.. I dunno this might just be my bad luck and the disc is faulty, but if anyone else here has the same problem, post it on here..

SHHHH!!! Don't tempt fate! :lol: And this is excellent news.. but i very much doubt i'll get to see it, as i only have a quarter of skys channels on my sky box because we cant afford the entire package... :cry: BUt we'll see what happerns in the next few weeks to come..
