How the hell can I get Anime Ltd to reply AT ALL? I've used their contact form, I've emailed directly, no reply AT ALL in over a month. -- Nothing in my spam filter and I receive their offer emails and 'thank you for your message' automated emails. I guess I'll have to do a chargeback.

Be sensible. Why would UK stock, from a UK company be coming from the US? It's simply a mistake because tracking info has not been uploaded and will be delivered by Royal Mail. Some people are too quick to believe everything on the screen.

Do Alltheanime still bother answering emails sent to their shop.uk@ address? I don't think my last email was answered either (months ago) and there doesn't appear to be any other way to contact them.
