I got mine from PlayUSA. Never seen the show before, so i figured that this is the best way of seeing it. From a remastered perspective; assuming that some work was done to it, it doesn't look as clean as the remastered Evangelion or Dragonball Z.

In terms of the anime/manga industry, I think movie adaptations such as this are a good thing. Regardless of the quality of the movies, the more exposure to anime franchises in the west means more recognition and hopefully more revenue. Even if Cowboy Bebop, Dragonball Z, Akira and Ghost in...

I did see phoenix 2772, the live action one right? 8:30 on saturday, it was awful.

I was there for The Phoenix: Chapter of Dawn. I was laughing all the way through it. It was the worst film i have seen in my entire life. I took someone there, thinking it was going to be a good showcase of anime, i failed and she no longer wants to speak of that night, nor do i.
