I just watched the last episode of season 3 of Oshi no Ko which was fantastic and it got me wondering again if we'll ever see the announced season 1 release from AL. Crunchyroll has licensed all seasons this year so I wouldn't be surprised if they'll be blocking this or later season releases...

No, fortunately that was including VAT. They listed it separately so I told the sum of it. I'm in the Netherlands by the way, our local handling fee increased to €10 last month. Seems to be more expensive every year.

I had to pay a €19.42 (£16.87) handling fee to UPS because VAT wasn't paid through IOSS. It was better in previous years when we at least had free international shipping to compensate... Or if it was shipped with Royal Mail the local handling fee at least would've been 50% less.

I followed your advice and sent an email yesterday evening. This morning I finally received the email that my order is on the way. :) Not sure if either after 2+ months my patience ran out just less than a day too soon, or my order got prioritized after my email...

@Hanners Now that your expected date for having all outstanding orders cleared has almost passed with some orders still outstanding including mine, do you have an update on this? When can I expect my order to be shipped?

I don't see a discount on Rarewaves, unless it's only a selected few.

I remember this issue from last year too. UPS thought it was a B2B package and needed the EORI and VAT number from my company, which I didn't have of course. Not sure how it was solved, I contacted both Hanners and UPS.

I'm also still waiting on my only order on Dec 3rd to be shipped, which has only 7 items. I can understand a delay because of missing stock but there has been NO direct communication about it. I only read here that it may be the reason. I still have no idea how long I'll have to wait.

I bought the first CE release from MVM in 2014 when it was released, which is one box that has room for both parts. I don't know if there was a re-release with two box sets after that, I never felt the need to have more than one version even though it's one of my favourites.

That would sure be great to have! I have to pay a €8 / £7 customs service fee for every package without IOSS, so that has made me order much less from you directly and more from stores that have IOSS.

I have 6 items ready to order from AL, but I think I'll wait for a good flash sale to combine with. International shipping and customs service fees are too expensive to have multiple orders. I even plan to include MVM early bird redux at a higher price, because the separate shipping and customs...

I'm still waiting on one Blu-ray from Rarewaves from an order in March which they claim to have sent twice (no tracking), so I'm not buying from them anymore.

I'm still missing Nise and Neko Black in my collection, but of course those have been sold out a long time ago
