1 has the most detail
2/4 seem to be decent encodes of 1
3 has crushed blacks and too much detail loss
5 is too bright which introduces banding
For the next comparison please use the same frame.
I prefer genuine steelbooks over amarays anyday all day.
It's a bad idea in general to put it on the art case instead of a card that's contained within the case. It clashes with the aesthetic too much.
I got my replacement without having sent my faulty disc back :oops:

I've already read their post and have vol. 1-3. Since I'm not a huge audio guy, it's fine. The only thing that bothers me is that the OVA will come out at a later date.
The movie version does not contain additional scenes however episode 13 does have additional scenes in both movie and episode...
Whoever did the Amanchuu encode almost did a good job. The image is brighter thus exposing banding artifacts compared to the japanese release. My advice to the encoder would be to also compare against the japanese BDs.
