Worth pointing out the UK price shifting currency is £129.99 - which is what the SRP will be here too.
At two cours run, we'd have usually done 2 x LE sets - each retailing at £69.99 today. Aka £139.98 SRP together there. We'll have more about preorders in due course so stay tuned :)!

Hi folks!
Been a while but have been as ever busy and am just back from Anime NYC. Hope folks are doing well?
Few quick points I wanted to share from feedback I'd read:
Re the titles announced - We realise people are used to brand new titles, but after careful consideration this year we felt...
It's unrelated there on that frontier and definitely not intentional or related to our joining a bigger group. As Andy pointed out, the inflation of costs of materials has impacted us for quite some time now (since 2020/2021) and it's not getting any better.
As you can guess, we held on as...
Great Pretender is the main announcement to me, but I do hope some questions are answered about it, its ED song is Freddie Mercury's Great Pretender, is that fine? The big one for me though is whether the Netflix dub is included as it's excellent and important to include.
Heya ! The original...
Jujutsu Kaisen Part 2 is just an approvals timing thing, but it's happening so appreciate the patience :). You'll note there's been no US release of yet either there so the UK is currently ahead of the curve there.
For Inuyasha - it just takes time on older titles like that especially when...
It's in process, waiting on some lovely final assets so we can finish the approval files hence why it's not present in the sale! Expect it as an Early Bird though in the New Year :).
Very best,
Andrew
Fear not, I'm actually going nowhere and more taking steps forwards than backwards tbh! So I just get to enjoy married life and going full-speed ahead at Anime Ltd :D.
I actually did get married at the end of July too so big thank you there!
Best,
AP
To be fair - most of the list isn't public yet and there's a lot more there than was on All4 you'll find :)! It's pretty exciting stuff I have to say...:). That said, wouldn't say no to having anime on Channel 5 too :D. The more avenues to grow the anime audience, the better...
(Also, yes -...
Tagging in with Andy here on this to add a few points to keep in mind:
1) With Bandai Namco Arts & Sunrise currently merging into one entity - some of the important elements like paperwork and materials are understandable a lot slower than ideal here. Certainly than when things were discussed...
Not an impossibility but the issue with classic titles is the BBFC costs often outweigh the interest in the title for homevideo, it doesn't make it impossible but it does mean it's a sort of right-time-right-place situation. We have Rose of Versailles in France so definitely fans of the title...
Previous attempts (like the manga) for Detective Conan stumbled there somewhat in the UK. Personally I'm a big fan of the show though so it's definitely not impossible, no plans at this moment though....
Andrew
No plans for it just now so not sure what happened there! Scotland Loves Anime may borrow the name again in October when we do a digital festival but yeah nothing to go round there.
Andrew
Hah! Happy to deliver it to you :D. We seem to be leading the way on volume of UHD releases just now too - which is fun, zero surprises but we have several more coming beyond BELLE and Future Boy Conan this year to look forward to as well.
And hey, that's just under 29,300 words that weren't...
I'm actually not entirely clear with what the plan is for Cucuruz Doan's Island just now for outside of Japan here. When we do we'll definitely let people know (if we're doing something for it) - as a fan I am pretty hyped for it too...!
Happy to clarify - we'd continue with the same style / format as the first release of it on our side. So it'd be different encodes (hope that's okay for folks!)
Andrew
Definitely not impossible there, I am a HUGE fan of Atsuko Ishizuka's original works so it'd be a dream come true to work on A Place Further than the Universe (or Goodbye Donglees! for that matter...). Yuru Camp is an adorable work too - a little bit tougher to license for a few reasons but if...
Not especially :). Usually if it wasn't going to recoup the cost of BBFC + other costs, it probably didn't have enough demand in the UK to start with really. Sometimes it does dictate the format for the release somewhat or the price point of the set if required though.
